3.3 Right to Close Accounts

abv77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without notice in the following situations: fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, operating multiple accounts, or any serious breach of these Terms.

All financial transactions on abv77 are processed through secure encrypted connections. The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposit

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred taka), for each payment method.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Deposits through any other method are not accepted.
• Deposited funds must come only from a payment account registered in your name — transactions from third-party accounts are prohibited.
• Any applicable payment gateway fees at the time of deposit will be borne by the user.

4.2 Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka).
• Withdrawal processing generally takes between 15 minutes and 2 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• abv77 reserves the right to temporarily delay a withdrawal if additional verification is required.
• Withdrawal processing may not begin until active bonus wagering requirements have been met.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
• For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳42,000 gives a maximum ৳20,000 bonus — total balance ৳62,000.
• A 25x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawing bonus winnings.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.
• If the set validity period for using the bonus expires, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be cancelled.

5.2 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

• A bonus applies only once per account. Using the same identity or payment details to claim a bonus on multiple accounts is prohibited.
• If abv77 suspects bonus abuse, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the associated account.
• All promotional offers may be changed or withdrawn at any time at abv77's discretion.

abv77's VIP program has four tiers. A weekly cashback benefit applies at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

VIP tier advancement depends on your regular activity and participation on the platform. abv77 reserves the right to change the conditions of the VIP program.

The following rules apply to the use of all games available on abv77 — slots, fishing games, live casino, and sports betting:

• The outcome of all games is controlled by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that ensures fair play.
• If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical fault, abv77 reserves the right to refund the bet for that round.
• Any winnings obtained by exploiting a software bug or error will be voided.
• If an event is cancelled in sports betting, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• The use of bots, automated software, or any other improper methods is strictly prohibited.
